Before and After

Deerwood Retreat was built in 2001.  The owners made major renovations beginning in 2013.  Among the changes were a metal roof, concrete board siding, a new entrance portico with stone and timber frame accents, new decks, gardens in front and back, an outdoor fireplace, a playhouse for children with its own deck, central air conditioning and built in bunks in a combination bunk room/playroom. A number of trees behind the house were removed to open up the mountain views.
